Nymphaea Jakkaphong is a new and striking hardy water lily<\/a>. Its flowers are pink and white, often speckled – each bloom has its own unique coloring. The flowers are about 10 cm in diameter. Water Lily Jakkaphong resembles the well-known nymphaea Wanvisa<\/a>. The plant suits for small ponds and containers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/strong> Nymphaea Jakkaphong prefers a sunny growing spot (at least 5 – 6 hours of light daily). It blooms from June to September and is well-suited for small ponds or tubs. Removing deadhead blooms and yellowed leaves helps keep the water cleaner.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Planting<\/strong>
\nWater lilies prefer rich, clay-like soil; sandy bottoms are not suitable for them. In a natural pond, they can be planted directly into the mud at a depth of at least 50 cm, where the bottom does not freeze in winter. If the pond freezes completely during the winter, the water lily should be removed in autumn along with the planting basket<\/a> and placed in an appropriate wintering location. A dark cellar with low temperature is ideal. The plant should be placed in a water-filled container, its leaves removed, and regularly checked throughout the winter to ensure it has enough water, adding more as needed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
