This compact and easy-to-install filter meets high quality and safety standards, ensuring an efficient and long-lasting solution for aquarium maintenance. The Jecod CF-55U is ideal for both beginners and experienced aquarists, offering an effective filtration system.

Features:
    • Three-stage filtration:
      1. Mechanical filtration: water is pumped into the filter and passed through sponges that remove suspended debris and particles.
      2. Biological filtration: water flows through bio balls that provide a large surface area for beneficial bacteria, converting ammonia and nitrites into safe nitrates.
      3. UV sterilization: 9 W UV lamp destroys microscopic algae spores. The UV switch allows easy control of the lamp, which should be replaced every 6 – 12 months.
    • Built-in aeration bar to maintain optimal oxygen levels in the water.
