FMC Pond is a remedy against white spots (Ichthyophthirius) and other skin parasites.
Pond cleanliness is not the only thing to care about. It is also essential to look after the health of the fish. One option is to use safe water clarifiers. However, a water disinfectant is also needed to keep the water clean and free of parasites.
FMC Pond water disinfectant works very quickly and effectively. FMC disinfects pond water and provides an environment free of viruses, bacteria, and fungi, ensuring a healthy environment for aquatic plants and fish. The product is 100% safe for pond fish and plants.
Dosing:
- One liter bottle is sufficient for 20 000 L of water.
- The dose should be reduced by half if
- the pH is below 7 and the water temperature is above 15 °C
- there are sturgeons in the pond.
- Before use, dilute the product 20 times (1 part of FMC and 20 parts of water).
- Increase aeration (e.g., with a fountain or air pump).
- UV lamps and ozone devices should be turned off after treatment for up to 1 week.
- If necessary, treatment can be repeated after 1 week.
- As a preventive measure: for 3 consecutive days x 1 ml per 100 L of pond water per day, i.e., 10 ml per 1000 L of pond water.
Note:
Use the product exactly as described. Do not use in swimming ponds or pools where fish are grown for food. Wear disposable gloves when dosing the product. Do not inhale or swallow. Wash hands thoroughly after using the product. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Keep the product out of reach of children. Close the product tightly and store it in a dark and cool place after opening.
