Pond Aeration Set PA-35 (for ponds up to 400 m²) is ready to use and designed for large ponds. It helps prevent oxygen depletion, increases oxygen levels, reduces algae growth, and creates a healthy environment for fish. In winter, the aerator prevents oxygen deficiency by keeping part of the pond ice-free, allowing gases to escape and oxygen to enter.
Included in the set:
- Membrane air pump Jecod PA-35 – reliable and energy-efficient air pump (20 W, 35 L/min, 0.028 MPa, 32 dB)
- Round silicone fine-bubble diffuser (Ø 300 mm) for efficient oxygen distribution
- NTS-quality hose – five-layer reinforced hose remains flexible even in low temperatures
- Fittings: elbow connector, hose connector, and 2x stainless steel hose clamps for secure and simple connections
All components are pre-assembled – just install the set in a suitable location such as a dock, pond edge, or sauna terrace. The aerator must operate above water level. Do not place the air pump on ice! If the air pump falls into the water, it may cause short circuits and damage.
The diffuser should be placed 1–1.5 m below the water surface. Attach a weight (e.g. a stone, not included) to the elbow connector with a string to keep it submerged.
Aerator maintenance and warranty
The Jecod membrane aerator is a reliable and durable solution for water aeration when used according to the instructions. With regular maintenance, the device operates for many years. The membranes are wear parts that require periodic replacement: under normal conditions, we recommend replacing them every 2 years, and in more demanding conditions (e.g., winter use), once a year. To ensure a long service life, it is important to keep the air filter clean. To prevent moisture damage, cover the compressor with a protective box.
The warranty applies to all parts of the device. However, it does not cover normal wear and tear (e.g., membranes and air filter) or damage caused by incorrect installation, such as the aerator being submerged in water or the diffuser being installed too deep.
