The pond aeration set  Jecod with air stone (Jecod air pump + air stone disk + hose + hose clamp) helps prevent stall and still water, ensures optimal oxygen levels, reduces algae growth, and creates a blissful environment for fish growth. In the winter, the aeration set helps prevent oxygen depletion in the pond. The aeration set keeps part of the pond ice-free, allowing gas exchange and oxygen replenishment.

Jecod series membrane air pumps are cost-effective. They have high efficiency, durability, and low energy consumption. We recommend to choose the air compressor based on the pond area:

  • up to 300 m²: PA-35 (20 W)
  • 300 – 600 m²: PA-45 (25 W)
  • 600 – 900 m²: PA-60 (38 W)
  • 900 – 1200 m²: PA-80 (55 W)
  • 1200 – 1500 m²: PA-100 (65 W)
  • 1500+ m²: PA-200 (210 W)
  • For keeping a swimming spot open in the winter, we recommend models PA-60 (38 W) or above.

The aeration set includes an air stone disk. It makes fine bubbles in the water, ensuring effective oxygenation in the pond or pool.

The set also includes a stainless steel hose clamp (10-19 mm) and PVC hose (10x14mm).

All components are pre-assembled – just install the set in a suitable location such as a dock, pond edge, or sauna terrace. The aerator must operate above water level. Do not place the air pump on ice! If the air pump falls into the water, it may cause short circuits and damage.

The diffuser should be placed 1–1.5 m below the water surface. Attach a weight (e.g. a stone, not included) to the elbow connector with a string to keep it submerged.

Aerator Maintenance

To prevent moisture damage, cover the compressor with a protective box. Clean the air filter at least once per season. Replace the membranes every 2 – 3 years for optimal performance.
